Starting as the Windward Islands Broadcasting Service (WIBS), it transitioned to Radio Dominica before becoming the D.B.S. we know today. Over the years, we’ve reached major milestones by upgrading our AM service and boosting our FM signal to bring you the highest quality sound in Dominica.
