Voice of Africa Radio is a prominent community radio station broadcasting from Kampala, Uganda, that offers a mix of Islamic teachings, news, talk shows, cultural content, music, and educational material in languages such as Luganda, English, Arabic, Swahili, Nubbi, and Runyankole, reaching listeners across much of Uganda. It primarily broadcasts on 92.3 FM with additional frequencies in Masaka (102.7 FM) and Mbarara (90.6 FM). The station was established by the Union of Muslim Councils (UMC) for East, Central, and Southern Africa. It is officially registered as Voice of Africa Limited. Voice of Africa has historically played an important role in community engagement and discourse, often participating in events and partnerships that support religious and social initiatives.
